My presentation was\u00a0<em>Searching for the Wizard of Oz in the Workplace\u00a0and at\u00a0Home. <\/em>We concluded that we are not in Kansas anymore and that we need to use our brain, have courage, and show heart in working with family, co-workers,\u00a0and clients.
